Our policy for refunds is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business. Due to the nature of our service, which incurs significant computational costs for every video generated, our ability to offer refunds is limited.

2. One-Time Credit Purchases

Purchases of one-time credit packs are final and non-refundable. These credits do not expire and can be used at any time. We encourage you to try our service with the initial free credits before making a purchase.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for subscriptions canceled mid-cycle.

4. Service Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using your credits (e.g., a video fails to generate due to a server-side error on our end), the credits used for that specific task will be automatically refunded to your account. You can verify this on your profile page.

5. Contacting Support

If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to exceptional circumstances not covered by this policy, please contact our support team. We review such cases on an individual basis.
